The accommodation which is on two floors, comprises of Lounge, Fully fitted kitchen with French doors out to the rear garden, a dining table and chairs, integral cooker, fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave.
3 bedrooms equipped with TV and hairdryers consisting of, 2 bedrooms with zip and link beds (which can either be used as singles or kings) and one single bedroom with a pull out guest bed, there is a tiled bathroom with shower upstairs and a separate cloakroom toilet downstairs. There are Flat-Screen Televisions in lounge and main bedrooms, satellite TV in lounge, DVD, CD player, iPod docking station, a play station 2 with games and a selection of books, cd's, board games and toys for the children . A cot and/or high chair are available on request. A stair gate is permanently fitted in the accommodation.
